Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 8 or more receive a 10% discount. Groups of 15+ receive a 15% discount. Contact us for custom group pricing.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine! We provide umbrellas and have indoor alternatives for outdoor attractions. Only severe weather conditions will result in tour modifications.
Are your tours accessible?
Most of our tours can accommodate guests with mobility needs. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
